May is looking to be a busy month for the youth! We are starting out the month with a Youth Sunday Service. We hope everyone can be there to enjoy the service planned and conducted by the youth group and ushered by Mrs. Taft’s class!

The youth would also like to wish all the mothers a very Happy Mother's Day! Be looking for your special treat at the Mother's Day service from the youth group. We are also hoping to get a group together to go to the Praise Wave at Sea World. We will hopefully be going on either the 15th or 16th of May. Let us know if you would like to go with us to enjoy Shamu and praise music!

Shoes for Orphan Souls is coming up.  From May 14^th to June 13^th Youth Groups in town are being asked to commit to the challenge of raising 100 pairs of shoes for the children.  The Youth Group that raises the most pairs of shoes by Sunday, June 13^th, will win a PIZZA PARTY to celebrate their commitment to the kids.  The winner will be announced at the Taste of Seguin on June 17^th.  Please include a note or picture in each pair of shoes so the child receiving them can truly connect with those sending the blessing.  Socks and monetary donations are also being accepted.
